ORDER PROCESS
GUIDELINES

At Dyesub Clothing, our commitment lies in collaborating with organizations to curate exceptional collections of apparel and accessories. We strive to ensure that each team or club not only finds satisfaction in their product range but is genuinely thrilled and proud to don it. A significant aspect of our mutual success is ensuring that the transition from concept to the physical product is seamless, straightforward, and executed flawlessly the first time. Here’s our approach to guaranteeing a smooth and easy process. We understand the value of your time, and drawing from our extensive experience, we’ve streamlined the journey to ensure you receive precisely what you desire in a timely manner.

ORDERING PROCESS

STEP 1

LOGO & MOCKUPS

  • Please submit logos in vector format.
  • Redrawing logos will take 2-3 business days.
  • One mockup design with edits is included; additional designs will result in an art fee.
  • Kindly provide all essential details, including design inspiration, logo placement, etc., along with your initial request.

STEP 2

ORDER SHEET

  • After the finalization of the design, you will receive an order sheet. Please return it via email in Excel format, using our designated size codes (e.g., YS for YOUTH SMALL, S for ADULT SMALL, GYXL for GOALIE YOUTH X LARGE, GS for GOALIE SMALL, etc.).
  • It’s important to note that no amendments are allowed post submission.

STEP 3

DEPOSIT

  • To initiate production, please remit a 50% deposit (no taxes or duties applied), which will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  • An invoice for payment (excluding AMEX or Visa Debit) will be sent via email.
  • Kindly make the payment through an e-transfer to info@dyesubclothing.com, referencing the invoice number in the notes section.

STEP 4

PRODUCTION

  • Production is estimated to take 4-6 weeks, excluding sorting and shipping.
  • For bulk orders exceeding 50 pieces, timelines will be provided upon quotation.
  • Should you require a faster turnaround time of 3-4 weeks, a $500 rush fee will apply. It’s important to note that this rush fee is not applicable to bulk orders.

STEP 5

COMPLETION

  • The remaining balance must be settled before shipping or pickup.
  • Notifications will be sent upon the completion of your order, providing details for shipping or pickup instructions.
